Formula 1 will host a live show in Milan, coinciding with a three-day fan festival in the city, to celebrate the start of the 2027 season.
Following in the footsteps of 2025’s F1 75 Live show at London’s O2 Arena, F1 Live will return in 2027. This time, all eleven of the teams’ drivers and Team Principals will appear on stage in Milan to mark the start of the 2027 season.
Taking place on the evening of Thursday February 18, 2027, F1 Live will be “even bigger and more immersive” than the London event. The 2025 London show, which celebrated the sport’s landmark 75th anniversary season, was hosted by Jack Whitehall and featured every team on the grid unveiling their liveries for the upcoming season.
Exact details, including the host venue, are yet to be announced. The show is expected to feature car launches for the 2027 season, along with entertainment and music performances. The event will take place one week before pre-season testing is expected to take place in Bahrain on February 25-27.
Milan Fan Festival to Coincide With F1 Live Show
Milan will transform into “the ultimate high-energy Formula 1 destination” across the three days of the fan festival which will take place in the city, running from February 18-20 and coinciding with the live show.

Fans can expect a similar atmosphere to fan zones and festivals which F1 has previously held in other cities around the globe. Speaking about the event, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali said:
“We are always thinking big and pushing boundaries, and F1 Live Milan is going to be an incredible experience created with our fans at its heart. We want them to feel that they are not simply watching the sport, but they are truly immersed in it. It is an important part of our ongoing ambition to bring Formula 1 closer to fans than ever before, giving them the chance to see their heroes up close and experience the energy, innovation, and emotion that make Formula 1 so unique. As F1 continues to reach new audiences around the world, racing will always be our soul – but we also want to create unforgettable experiences that bring the excitement of Formula 1 to life on an even bigger scale and continue to explore what is possible.
Building on the extraordinary success of F1 75 in London, F1 Live Milan will transform the city into a Formula 1 festival for three unforgettable days, bringing people together from across the globe to celebrate everything they love about our sport. I know my fellow Italians will offer a fantastic welcome to fans travelling to F1 Live Milan and I cannot wait to see the city come to life with Formula 1 energy, creating memories that will last a lifetime.”
F1 says that tickets for the show will be on sale later in the year. Fans will be able to pre-register their interest at a later date and the show will be streamed live for those unable to attend.
